HOOPS Application FrameworkNet Server

The HOOPS Net Server (HOOPS/Net) is a flexible server-side toolkit for extending applications to include real-time collaboration and/or the selective streaming of sub-portions of massive data files.

HOOPS/Net offers a range of security and reliability features including support for WinINet, firewall access, proxy authentication and fault-tolerance. With the ability to communicate via TCP/IP and HTTP, HOOPS/Net enables collaboration or on-demand streaming in both LAN and Internet environments.

HOOPS/Net is an independent module, which may be used in conjunction with the HOOPS or as a standalone toolkit for enhancing even non-HOOPS based applications
